Sample Coaching Journey:

Coaching can take place on a 121 and on a team basis and can be funded by the individual or by their company.  In many instances where coaching is being funded by the company, the coaching partnership is expanded to a three way interaction to include the client (individual or team), coach and a third party from the organization known as the sponsor usually the client’s manager/team leader or a representative from HR.  Confidentiality is the cornerstone of the coaching relationship.
