However keeping it brief- coaching is a partnership between you and the coach to maximise your personal and professional potential and wellbeing- it should be inspirational and thought provoking. You, as the client should be at the centre of the coaching partnership.

What is the role of the Coach?
The Coach's role is to facilitate your growth, learning and development. It is not the Coach's role to "give quick fix" answers or to judge. A Coach will work with the Client to enable the Client to explore solutions that will work best for them and support them to compile and action plan. Every Client has different needs. Coaching forum looks forward, is goal and action focused building on strengths and successes. It supports the development of a new energised mind set as opposed to focusing on the past and self imposed limits.
